Sickly February

I've spent most of my February being sick. Frankly speaking, I've never fell sick so many times in just a month and within such a short period of time.

3 weeks ago while everyone was happily celebrating chinese new year, I was hiding under the blankie 3/4 of my time trying to subside the fever. And finally recovering 1 week ago, I fell sick again this week. High fever and cough. How sickly can february get.

So determine to lose weight and get back to my exercise routine. There goes all the gym session this week. What else can I do but rest more this weekend.

Hopefully I can say goodbye to sickly February and welcome hearty and fit march!

So I'm determine to lose that 5kilos and look good again!

Till 12am

Got my haircut last week. I stayed till after midnight. Toning down the colour and gave my hair a new look. There were so many people at the salon and we waited from 7+. And dinner with my stylist.

Had a quarrel with the bf last week. I woke up and saw the figurine on his table. He must have stayyed up late and i felt guilty.

Sleepy and sickly new year

Before I could pick up the bottle pineapple tarts and start enjoying away the feast and get fat for this festive season. I fell sick and only went visiting at his uncle's house. Not even my relatives.

I had to work on the first day and after heading to his uncle's place for a midnight dinner. I went to his place with a fever. Basically I spent the whole of 2nd day sleeping at home and popping pills. Got better on Saturday but sunday my throat just wasn't bracing herself well enough. By night, I had a very husky voice.

Monday... I woke up with a sore eye. Thanks thanks. What's next.

Had plans to do some packing last friday but who knows. Many things not done for my room. Guess I'll have to take leave.

Am at the clinic now. Tons of people falling sick. Registered my name in the afternoon after work but I can only see the doc now. Too noisy and too much talking. Are you sure guys are sick?

 My precious queue no. 8 since afternoon and book to survive the waiting time.

Same sex. Forgiven.

The other day I was in the lift with one of my colleague and there are mini screens in each lift with news updates from Reuters. And this news just caught my attention so much!

"Men will forgive cheating......... As long as it's with another woman."

It really got me so shocked. How is man-woman cheating different from woman-woman cheating! I'm not sure how most guys think but if I were a guy and I found out that my gf cheat on me with another woman. I simply go crazy! 'Cause I lost to a freaking girl! Maybe I'm a little too ego but I jus can't accept this at all.

And on the very same day I went back and asked him how he felt about this.

I Thank God that he said he could not accept.

I rather lose him to another woman than a guy.

But for a matter of fact, cheat on me and off you go with your arse from my life. I can't share my man with someone else at the same time and likewise I won't allow myself to be shared between 2 men. It's either 1 or none.

Suddenly I'm missing singlehood.

It feels weird that when everybody else is having 1/2 day for lunar new year and I'm just waiting for the bus to head to work. It's like I woke up at the wrong time. But nevertheless I hope I'll make it home in time for reunion dinner.

I got my hair cut again yesterday. Was at the salon till 12+. Touch up my hair colour. It's like the norm for chinese when preparing for CNY.

Anyways here's wishing all my friends a very happy lunar new year!
